Event Space Rental

$100.00 deposit is due at the time of contract being signed.

Service Description

Cost of rental is $150 per hour. Rentals must be for a minimum of 4 hours. Alcohol is permitted on premises with authorized personnel of Artistic Flow present. Renter shall confirm rental START and END TIME at least 7 days prior rental. Event setup is included in total rental time. Renter must understand Artistic Flow is a public facility where other business functions take place. No fixtures, furniture, paintings, ect. may be removed from the premise for any event. Renter shall pay a RENTAL DEPOSIT in the amount of $100.00 which shall be presented in the form of a personal check or cash upon execution of contract. The deposit will be returned in it's original form at the end of the event if no incidentals/damages have occurred. The full balance is due 7 days prior to rental date.
